INDUSTRIAL GEARBOX REFURBISHMENT PLAN:

• Quick examination and assessment.
• We examine and provide a written report on the condition of the Gearbox and the work and parts required (usually within 24 hours.)
• We can remanufacture Gears, Worms and Wheels and shafts as required.
• We utilise a well-equipped workshop with all the necessary skills and expertise to repair or remanufacture parts to their original condition (See our page on Machining for additional info.)
• We only fit quality bearings and seals.
• Only the best is good enough, SKF, FAG, NTN, RHP etc.
• We ensure casings have been thoroughly cleaned.
• All debris and dirt must be removed and the casing must be repainted as specified by you, the customer.
• We give 12 Months Guarantee on all Gearboxes that we completely refurbish.
• If refurbishment is not economically viable, we will offer a quotation for a new unit.

ELECTRIC MOTOR REFURBISHMENT PLAN:

• We examine and provide a written report on the condition of the Electric Motor and the work and parts required (usually within 24 hours.)
• We can remanufacture Shafts etc, as required.
• We utilise a well-equipped workshop with all the necessary skills and expertise to repair or remanufacture parts to their original condition (See our page on Machining for additional info.)
• We only fit quality bearings and seals.
• Only the best is good enough, SKF, FAG, NTN, RHP etc.
• We ensure casings have been thoroughly cleaned.
• We give 12 Months Guarantee on all Electric Motors that we completely rewind. If refurbishment is not economically viable, we will offer a quotation for a new motor.
• If refurbishment is not economically viable, we will offer a quotation for a new motor.

INDUSTRIAL PUMP REFURBISHMENT PLAN:
