From either a sample, CAD drawing or even a Rough Sketch we are able to machine exactly what you require. We can even help to draw it or produce a CAD drawing for you.
Motion industrial Products can offer virtually any machining function such as Broaching, Deburring, Drilling, Gear Manufacture, Grinding, Heat Treatment, Horizontal Boring, Inspection, Milling, Plasma Cutting, Pressing, Shaving, Sawing, Slotting, Tool Cutting and Turning.
Utilising a fully equipped machine shop we are able to manufacture precision machined parts in either “one-offs”, small batches or through the use of a CNC machine we can produce large volumes. We also have an assembly facility to provide a complete service, from the manufacture of parts through to assembly of the finished item.
We specialise in general machining such as boring and keying, producing new shafts, Splined shafts, repairing worn shafts and housings as well as manufacturing and designing gear sets for industrial open gears and for Industrial Gearboxes. Producing spares in this way can typically be more cost effective and quicker than buying “off the shelf” particularly for imported or old obsolete boxes.
We can produce spares in all range of materials ranging from standard EN1 mild steels up to the more exotic alloy and nickel steels such as Hastelloy, Titanium and Duplex Stainlesses.
We can work closely with companies from the initial design concept through to production of the finished item, we are able to produce gearboxes for any application up to 12 tonnes plus all of their components.
Our up to date inspection equipment and procedures ensure control of materials, processes and parts delivered. We can provide traceability, supported by certificates of conformity, from material (mill certification) to finished parts.
